This is our full service involving the attendance of all parties wishing to seek a mutually agreeable solution without resorting to further costly litigation, court fees and attendance. Not only can this save considerable sums of monies but also precious time in resolving disputes. This service can be arranged either face to face at a mutually agreeable location or through the convenience of using video conferencing thus eliminating any concerns regarding Covid 19. Costs are normally shared equally between all parties involved. Venue fees and travel costs are charged in addition to any fee for this service, where applicable, and are paid in advance of any meeting.
